Zucchini Corn Fiesta

Ingredients

• 1 small onion, diced
• 2 medium zucchini, shredded
• 2 cups corn kernels, fresh or frozen
• 1 cup salsa

Preparation

1. Water sauté zucchini and onion in large skillet over medium heat until onion softens.
2. Add corn kernels and salsa.  Stir and heat until heated thoroughly.
