"Frappuccino Recipe"


Frozen Vanilla Frappuccino 




What an unbelievably refreshing treat!!!


Ingredients

    • 1  cup soymilk (100 calories, 4.3 g fat)
    • 1Tbsp Vanilla (20 calories, 0 g fat) (more or less to taste)
    • 1-2  Tbsp sugar or honey (96 calories, 0 g fat) ( more or less to taste)
    • 1  Tbsp ground flax seed (40 calories, 3.3 g fat)
    • 1  Tbsp instant coffee (1 calorie, o g fat) (more or less to taste)
    • Frozen spinach (optional) (start with a small amount and add as you go - you really can't taste it)
    • 1-2  cups ice, depending on how slushy you like it.
    • As listed, serves 2 drinks
    • Each serving contains about  130 calories, 4 g fat.

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients except ice and mix in blender or VitaMix for 1/2 minute.
  2. Add ice and blend on high until ice turns to slush.

Makes 2 servings.

OK, so maybe it's not the MOST healthy thing
you could drink, but it sure beats soda or iced tea!!

(whipped cream optional)
