Mocha Frappuccino
What
an unbelievably refreshing treat!!!
Ingredients
- 1
cup soymilk (100 calories, 4.3 g fat)
- 1Tbsp
Cocoa (20 calories, .5 g fat) (more or less to taste)
- 1-2
Tbsp sugar or honey (96 calories, 0 g fat) ( more or less to
taste)
- 1
Tbsp ground flax seed (40 calories, 3.3 g fat)
- 1
Tbsp instant coffee (1 calorie, o g fat) (more or less to taste)
- Frozen
spinach (optional) (start with a small amount and add as you go - you
really can't taste it)
- 1-2
cups ice, depending on how slushy you like it.
- dash of
vanilla (optional)
- As
listed, serves 2 drinks
- Each
serving contains about 130 calories, 4 g fat.
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients except ice and mix
in blender or VitaMix
for 1/2
minute.
- Add ice and blend on high until ice turns to
slush.
Makes 2
servings.
OK, so maybe it's not the MOST healthy thing
you could drink, but it sure beats soda or iced tea!!
