Work Out Nancy Walker Healthy Eating





Baked Garlic

Nancy Walker, Healthy Eating

Ingredients
  • Garlic bulb
  • 1 tspn olive oil
  • dash of dried basil

Preparation
 
  1. Slice the top off of a fresh garlic bulb.
  2. Sprinkle with olive oil  and basil.
  3. Set in baking dish and cover.
  4. Bake at 300 degrees F for 30 minutes.
  5. Gently squeeze garlic bulb to remove softened garlic cloves.
  6. Use as a spread for bread or flavoring in mashed potatoes.
